Privacy policy

We’re keen to maintain our trustworthy reputation and a big part of that is respecting your privacy and only using your data in ways which are useful to you. So here’s our privacy policy, set out in plain English, so you can see exactly how your data is used by us.

How do we get your data?

We’ve only got your personal data if you’ve contacted us either about working together or if you’ve signed up to our newsletters.

What data do we collect?

The only information we store about you is your name, company name, email address, telephone number and where you heard about us. It’s not that we don’t love to hear all the other lovely things you tell us about it’s just that we don’t keep any other information logged anywhere.

Where do we keep your data and what do we do with it?

We keep your data in up to three places – in Mailchimp (our newsletter distributor) and on our own data list file, both of which are secure and password protected. The only people who have access to these are employees of Juicy Designs. In some instances we hold paper copies of information relating to projects you’ve asked us to work on. This is shredded and securely disposed of once the project is closed and it’s no longer needed.

We only use your details to keep in touch with you – like newsletters - and to effectively manage projects you’ve asked us to work on for you. We will never sell your data and we’re happy to delete any details relating to you if you ask us to. You can do this by unsubscribing to our newsletters at any time via the link at the bottom of the email or you can contact us direct at inspire@juicy-designs.com

How long do we keep your data?

We'll only keep your data for as long as it is required by law, until there is no longer a reason to keep it or until you ask us to stop using it either by unsubscribing from our newsletters or asking us directly to remove it from our files.
